What is a Goosechase?

A Goosechase is an unforgettable family treasure hunt. It's easy to participate! Once you register, you will be emailed directions to join in the fun.

The fun starts on Saturday, July 1 and goes through Friday, Aug. 6th!

Who can participate in this activity?

Any family with a deaf or hard of hearing child who wants to connect with other families and other kids who are deaf and hard of hearing is welcome to participate! Neither age or communication mode matter. This is a family activity so at least your child and one family member must work together.

(Oh, you will need a cell phone or tablet with a camera and video capability to participate.)

How do we play?

Together with your family, you will complete photo or video "missions" (such as 'get a picture of your family all digging into an ice cream cone at least 12 inches high!'). Some missions are hearing loss related and others aren't. Then, easily upload them into the treasure hunt platform where you will see other families on your team (and your competitors) do the same thing. Every mission you complete earns points for your team!

Engage with others by liking their pictures. Keep an eye on the Leaderboard to see which team is winning!

Every day, a daily prize will be drawn and given to 1 family who has participated that day. Come back each day to complete new missions and for your team!

What does it cost to participate?

The cost to participate is only $14.99 per family and includes full access to the event, daily emails, access to the special Facebook group and daily prizes and a grand prize totaling more than $600 in value!
