The Online Itinerant Certificate of Completion

Upon completion of viewing a session and passing the session assessment, participants will be emailed a Certificate of Completion.

Professional Development hours will be awarded according to the duration of a course.

ACT 48

Act 48 hours will be provided to educators who successfully complete one or more of these trainings. 

Act 48 hours are reported within four weeks of successful completion of a training.

 AG Bell (LSLS)

Upon completion of viewing a session and passing the session assessment participants wishing to receive LSLS CE credits will need to complete a verification form of their attendance.

Once the form has been submitted participants will be emailed their LSLS Letter to be kept on file for reference at the time of their certification renewal or to submit with the LSLS exam application.

ASHA

ASHA Certification Maintenance Standards require that all certificate holders (CCC-A and CCC-SLP) must accumulate 30 Certification Maintenance Hours (CMHs) of professional development during each 3-year certification maintenance interval in order to maintain their ASHA Certificates of Clinical Competence (CCC). 

Professional Development hours earned by completing the courses on TOI (which are a form other than ASHA CEUs) can be used towards maintaining your ASHA Certification Maintenance Standards. Upon completion of viewing a session and passing the session assessment, participants will be able to download a form.

Please note that it is your responsibility to submit the relevant information to AHSA.

CTLE

Upon completion of viewing a session and passing the session assessment, participants will be emailed their CTLE Certificate.  

CTLE hours will be awarded according to the duration of a course.

Continuing Teacher & Leader Education (CTLE) Requirements

 

The courses listed below can be used towards the ELL CTLE credit requirement.

  • Using the Gen Ed Curriculum for Intervention
  • Vocabulary: Principles for Effective Instruction

ISBE

Upon completion of viewing a session and passing the session assessment participants wishing to receive ISBE Professional Development Credit

will need to complete a verification form of their attendance and complete an ISBE Evaluation Form.

 

Once the completed Evaluation Form has been uploaded to the session the participant will be sent an ISBE Evidence 77-21B form. 

ISBE Professional Development Credit will be awarded according to the duration of a course.

NOTE: Participants must enter the activity into the Educator Licensure Information System (ELIS) by August 31st of the licensee renewal year.  Licensees retain the form six (6) years for auditing purposes. Participants do not submit the form to ISBE unless requested to do so by ISBE.

MINOT

Graduate Credit through Minot University must be purchased separately.

The cost for 1 graduate credit through Minot University is $50.00.  This only needs to be paid once per year.  To achieve this credit, you must participate in 15 hours of Professional Development through the Online Itinerant.  This is achieved by watching multiple trainings in the Professional Academy and documenting them through The Online Itinerant.

1.  Make sure you are registered through Minot State University (Link is below)

2.  Document your attendance to this training in the MINOT Credit Section.

 3.  Complete and submit your verification form in the MINOT Credit Section.

  1. Click on the above link.
  2. Click on the Current Topics in Deaf/Hard of Hearing.
  3.  On the next page, click on Add to Cart.
  4. When the next page appears, check your “order” and click on Checkout.
  5. The Delivery Address page will then open.  Be sure that every item marked with an is filled in (use n/a if necessary) and click on the Continue Unregistered button.
  6. On the next page, Payment Methods, please complete the required sections.  Near the bottom of the page there is a section for the billing address.  If your delivery and billing addresses are the same, check the “Use current delivery address as billing address.” If your billing address is different, you will need to complete that section.  When you have completed all of the sections, click on the Use This Payment Method button.
  7. Please review the information below, and then click the “Submit Your Order” button. (located near the top of the screen)
  8. The final screen is the one you can print out for your records.
  9. You will also receive a confirmation email with your “order number” and details

RID

Upon completion of viewing a session and passing the session assessment participants wishing to receive RID PS CEUs will need to complete a RID Activity form with their RID ID and a RID Session Evaluation Form.

Once the forms have been completed the participant will be sent their RID Certificate.

Professional Development minutes/hours will be awarded according to the duration of a course.
